We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spotless, private, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well appointed. The location is excellent. Windsor Terrace is adorable with plenty of conveniences, including my most favorite bagel shop, Terrace Bagels. The subway stop two blocks away is very convenient with both the G and F. You can get to other areas of Brooklyn and Queens easily as well as into Manhattan quickly. The hosts are very responsive, helpful, thorough in communication, and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I was very happy to find this recently listed Airbnb for a last minute business trip. The space is so much nicer than it shows in the photos. The small office with the built in desk was quiet, private and worked perfectly for me to sign on for my business meetings. The Wifi was super fast. I plan to stay here whenever I return for meetings in the future. The host was super helpful and has done a really nice job with the space. 5 stars!!

Lovely, cozy first floor apartment. Very efficent use of space. Roomy kitchen and living room. Full kitchen(I thought it did not have a microwave until I discovered it on a slide out shelf under the dining table). Quiet location close to Prospect Park, restaurants, movie theater and markets. The cot room, lofted bed and half bath are in their own small suite. A person sleeping in the lofted bed will need some dexterity getting in and out. Host was very communicative and the place was perfect for our stay.

Brilliant host. Wonderful location. Very responsive. Highly recommended. Only comment is it is quite dark but the area is gorgeous and right near Prospect Park. Also if you use the second bedrooms the shower is off the main bedroom (there is a separate toilet) so not a problem but not sure this was made clear in the bookings. Kiki

Exactly as described and a wonderful hot shower was a huge bonus . I came for a place to sleep. I left with a new outlook on life. The hot shower here wasn’t just hot—it was transcendent. For ten glorious minutes, I forgot my past mistakes, forgave my future ones, and saw a path forward. I don’t know what kind of water heater they’re using, but it changed me. Last but not least, Even though it was technically a basement, it felt like I had stepped into a magical cave—quiet, comforting, and full of unexpected wonder. The kind of place where your soul exhales and your imagination starts to stretch its legs. Special thanks to the kind plumber who clearly understands the sacred art of toilet care, and to the cleaning lady whose quiet grace lingered in every corner. Their care was not just felt—it was honored. Last but not least, The walls were dressed in an odd but charming symphony of original art and box store pieces, like a duet between a gallery and a bargain bin.

This is the third time we've stayed at JoYin's place in the last few months, and it's been great every time. We come primarily for family reasons, but the location really couldn't be better. Prospect Park is steps away; nearby Prospect Park W is a busy business district; and you are only a few blocks from the F and G trains. This time we were in Brooklyn during record-setting heat, and the apartment was wonderfully cool and provided great relief. We especially want to thank JoYin and Richard for running the AC before we checked in so that we arrived to delightfully cool apartment after a very hot and tiring trip. Very considerate and much appreciated. Overall a great experience again.

This is the perfect place for a lone traveler, partner(s), and people with children and animals. The instructions were very clear and I felt right at home. I liked the aesthetics of the space: minimal, modern, and with all the amenities you need for both short-term and long-term stays. The neighborhood is very quiet and family-oriented. It is also just a two-minute walk to Prospect Park, the best park in Brooklyn!

I'm so happy I booked this spot for a romantic birthday celebration. The space was perfect and exactly what I wanted, with dark accents and great lighting. It was obvious that the space had recently been renovated and it was impeccably clean. We celebrated at nearby Krupa Grocer, had an amazing dinner there, and the next morning we walked to Daytime for coffee and delicious pastries. The airbnb was super convenient, just 2 blocks from the subway and 1 block from Prospect Park. The host was quick to respond and friendly, I really couldn't ask for more and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at this cozy location. The host made us feel welcome and right at home with local recommendations and provided a pristine and comfortable space. The space was close and walkable to so many great spaces (Prospect Park, a grocery store, a pharmacy) and was quiet and safe. We recommended this stay to our friends because of how amazing it was. Thank you so much to the host JoYin for being responsive and making our stay so enjoyable!

This is our second time staying at JoYin's apartment, and it will not be our last. It was perfect for my husband and I, small child, and mother to visit Brooklyn. It is an easy walking distance to Prospect Park and a subway stop, which makes local amenities great and the rest of the city very accessible. The host was very responsive when we had questions and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. We can't wait to come back!

This was a last-minute find as we stayed in the city for most of our trip. We could not be more happy to have stayed in such a beautiful space and Brooklyn felt like home. It felt elevated, loved the atmosphere, everything worked great and smoothly. The location was amazing. Close to the park, close to restaurants and cool shops. I stayed here with my two kids, and it was plenty of room. I will absolutely be back. The host was amazing and great to deal with as well. Five stars!
